ServiceSetu acts only as a platform connecting customers and technicians.

• ServiceSetu does not directly provide repair or maintenance services.
• Service charges are decided between the customer and technician.
• Customers should verify pricing before work begins.
• Technicians are responsible for the services they provide.
• Users must provide accurate information.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in account suspension.
• Technician identity may be verified using Aadhaar information.
• ServiceSetu does not guarantee service quality, workmanship, safety, or pricing.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding service quality, pricing, or payment should be resolved directly between the customer and technician.

Account Deletion

Account Deletion – ServiceSetu Customers and technicians can delete their accounts directly from the ServiceSetu application. Users can delete their account using the Delete Account option available in the Profile section of the app. After account deletion: • Login access will be removed. • Personal information associated with the account may be deleted from our systems. • Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
